Equipping church leaders for intentional ministry by, with, and for older adults.

Training

ENCORE Ministry Foundation provides high-quality resources to equip congregations for meaningful ministry with older adults. As the church continues to age, many congregations find that tools and guidance for supporting—or launching—older adult ministries are limited. ENCORE Ministry helps bridge this gap by offering practical resources, training, workshops, and consultations that empower local churches to serve their members and communities with greater effectiveness and generosity.

Upcoming In-Person Sessions

The Age-Friendly Congregation Certificate

The Age-Friendly Congregation Certificate (AFCC) program is an opportunity for congregational leaders, often lay volunteers, to learn about starting, renewing, and strengthening intentional ministry by, with, and for older adults. The AFCC program will be available via in-person training or online classes.
