Equipping church leaders for intentional ministry by, with, and for older adults.

Research

Older adults are living longer, serving deeper, and shaping our congregations in powerful ways. Yet we know that ministry with older adults varies greatly from church to church.

More than 58 million people in the U.S. are 65 or older—and the church is in a unique position to support, equip, and be transformed by this growing population. The insights we gather will help us understand the current landscape of older adult ministries and discern where the Spirit may be leading us next.
